Yasuaki Shimizu takes part in “0-100 year project”

The Japanese edition of the "0-100 year project" by Dutch filmmaker Jeroen Wolf, whose work specializes in art and anthropology, is now available for viewing on YouTube. Shimizu comes in as "68."

 

The "0-100 year project," in which consecutive individuals state their age to camera, is a series of simple 150-second videos that nevertheless offer insight into the passing of time, and the state of culture, language and humanity itself. Shot around the world, Wolf's creations have notched up a combined total of 170 million views.
