"Owakare Hospital," portraying the "deaths and lives" of patients in the end-of-life stage of universal human experience, through the eyes of a nurse working on the terminal ward, and engaging directly with the feelings of families, musings of patients, and limited nature of life. Another coming together of the production team assembled for 2018's "Tomei na Yurikago" (An Invisible Cradle), including author of the original story (manga!), Bakka Okita, and screenplay writer Naoko Adachi. Critical acclaim for the music following the broadcast led to the decision to release it as a soundtrack album.
